Book trade: Our books are available exclusively through Ingram. We do not maintain an order department and do not handle any orders directly. Please do not be concerned with the inventory numbers which may appear in the Ingram database. All titles are always available from the main Ingram warehouse in Tennessee, and will ship within 2 or 3 days of an order being placed. Just indicate a backorder on your Ingram order form. Many of our titles are now carried by Baker & Taylor, and for college bookstores by NACSCORP. All of our titles are carried in the United Kingdom by Bertrams and Gardners.

Editorial: We are not open to editorial submissions, and will not respond to book proposals from authors.

Note to bibliographers: If you are preparing a bibliography and do not have the book in hand, the place of publication is indicated on the title page of all of our books as Honolulu, Hawaii.
